Black and Lizars practice relocation

Optical group Black & Lizars has relocated its Stirling practice to larger premises in the Scottish town.

In the new location the opticians will be open longer hours and has an additional testing room, Black & Lizars confirmed.

Black & Lizars opened in its new King Street premises on Monday (8 May), offering Optomap technology, as well as 3D optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging.

While the optical group normally charges patients £30 for OCT and Optomap imaging, it is offering it free of charge at the new practice until 8 September.

Practice manager Mark O’Brien, who has relocated from Black & Lizars’ Giffnock to run the practice, said: “We’re all excited to welcome our new and existing patients to the new practice. Being able to offer the very best diagnostic technology and services, as well as increasing our capacity and designer ranges means we can offer our patients an even better standard of service.”
