Dispensing Optician

We are an independent opticians and are recruiting another member of the team.

As a busy independent practice, the customer journey is important to us and so is offering excellent care and service. We are a friendly practice with air-conditioning, modern equipment, and free on-site parking. We have long standing repeat customers and come highly recommended.

We are looking for a new team member who is a dispensing optician and is a good team player.

Helping patients with frame choice, giving advice regarding spectacle lenses, and general dispensing would be the primary role. Contact lens teaching and pre-screening would be helpful but not essential. Admin, including staff rotas and general paperwork would be required. You would also be responsible for seeing suppliers, buying frames and have a good eye for fashion.
